ERIS Risk Check Report - Your first step in assessing environmental risk on
your property! |
Next business day turnaround time for Site Reports
When selecting reports, most ERIS
clients will order the Standard report as it meets the Canadian due
diligence standard. For others, only a cursory or preliminary search is
required. In those cases, clients will frequently order ERIS site reports,
which are reports that include a search of all available databases for the
one-site address.
In an effort to aid our clients in
obtaining fast and accurate information for their site, ERIS is now offering
a next business day turnaround time for site reports.
REALTOR® QUEST October 2009
On October 22nd, 2009, ERIS attended
the REALTOR® QUEST Exhibitor Appreciation Day at the Toronto Congress
Centre. The show was a scaled-down version of the trade show held earlier in
May 2009 but still attracted many visitors. It was a great opportunity for
ERIS to showcase its latest initiatives such as the ERIS Risk Check Report.
Our thanks go out to the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) for hosting an
event in appreciation of its exhibitors. The ERIS team looks forward to
participating in future events with TREB.

What
comes to mind when you think of the colours red
and green? Stop and Go? High Risk vs Low
Risk? The ERIS Risk Check Report was specifically designed, but not limited,
to assist real estate agents and lenders in making a preliminary judgment
and due diligence on environmental risks pertaining to a specific Canadian
property and any adjacent properties. The report will alert clients as to
whether their property is considered a low risk or an elevated risk in terms
of environmental concerns. The report includes a search and review of all
government current and historical records and provides information on
enforcement actions or infractions, contamination and environmental
investigations that have been publicly registered. It is the only ERIS
Report that is evaluated and interpreted by a qualified |
 |
|
environmental consultant from
Lender Consulting Services Inc (LCS). Included in the report is an ERIS
Standard Report, Fire Insurance Plan*, City Directory*, Topographic Map and
Executive Summary.
