Inspection Reports provide detailed information on a site-specific basis. Reports include descriptions of building construction, heating sources, production processes, and the presence of chemicals or materials which may be stored on site. They also indicate the presence of environmental hazards such as electrical rooms, transformers, boilers, and storage tanks. Inspection Reports are also referred to as Property Underwriters Reports - - MultiRisk,COPE Report, All-Risk etc.
