What is an ERIS Report?

An ERIS Report is a unique detailing of historical environmental information for any property in Canada. The report researches, tabulates and identifies key federal, provincial as well as private sector databases to pinpoint any environmental elements. This is used to aid in the identification of possible environmental concerns or risks for commercial, industrial and residential sites.

1. a site diagram that displays the project property at the center and its adjacent areas plus the locations of each record found within the selected search radius. Topographic information is included, where available, to provide an overview of the surrounding area, and;



2. a report summary of the databases found on the site and selected radii and;
3. a site profile that collects the information for the site in question, and;
4. a detailed report of all of the records found within the selected radius around the site. These records can be matched to locations on the site diagram by way of "map keys".
