NEW!  New Brunswick Property Based Environmental Information (PBEI) included in ERIS Standard and Standard Select Reports In an effort to continually provide high quality service and reports to our clients and enhance our one-stop-shop service, ERIS will now include the PBEI for a subject property on all NB Standard and Standard-Select reports at no extra charge. ERIS Standard and Standard-Select reports include a search of all federal, provincial and private source databases pertinent to sites in New Brunswick within a 250 metre radius. NEW!  Borehole data for Ontario Borehole data has just been added to the list of environmental databases for Ontario. This database includes geotechnical investigations, environmental site assessments, mineral exploration and pilot holes for installing piers/ underground utilities.

NEW!  Digital OBM Topographic Maps As of November 16, digital Ontario Base Maps are available for purchase. These maps are a perfect addition when reviewing your subject property and surrounding area. Coverage for Southern Ontario is at a scale of 1:10 000 and Northern Ontario at a scale of 1:20 000. Maps are available in 7, 4 and 2 Business Day turnarounds. Please note that there is no coverage for the City of Toronto.

NEW!  Reports for British Columbia Two new ERIS Reports are now available for BC: the improved BC Standard Report Plus and the new BC Site Registry Report. Both include Site Registry Detail Reports.

NEW!  The Eris Loan Risk Assessment Report Your first step towards a sound real estate investment! The ERIS Loan Risk Assessment Report is designed to assist Real Estate Agents and Lenders in making preliminary judgement and due diligence on environmental risks pertaining to a specific property and the adjacent properties within a 250 metre radius.

NEW!  All Additional Products can now be picked up on the ERIS website. Simply sign in to your account and click on ‘Manage My Reports’. All additional products available electronically along with your ERIS Report will be posted for you to download when they have been completed. For your convenience, download them all at one time or as you need them. Documents will be posted for 30 days.
