Standard delivery time for all ERIS reports is 7 business days unless otherwise specified below. Rush service is available at an additional charge: 2 business days +$100, 4 business days +$50.
A Standard Report provides information associated with the subject property and all adjacent properties within a 250m radius. All federal, provincial and private source databases are queried in order to identify any environmental concerns associated with the area in question. The Standard Report type is necessary for clients who wish to satisfy the “site and adjacent properties” obligation of CSA Standard Z768-01. If 250 metres is not a sufficient search radius, a Custom report may be required.
Standard Select Report $255.00
With the Standard-Select report the number of databases queried is limited to any 8 federal, provincial or private source databases as chosen by the client. This report was designed for the cost conscious client who requires environmental data for their site and adjacent properties but who may be on a tight budget. If a 250 metre radius is not sufficient, a Custom report may be required.
A Site report includes a search of all federal, provincial and private source databases for the subject site ONLY. No adjacent property information is provided, therefore this report is not compliant with CSA standard Z768-01. For larger sites that do not fit within the standard 250m radius, a CUSTOM report will be required. The delivery timeline for this report is the next business day.
Custom-Build Your Own Report Type $170 & up
While the report types listed above have a set 250m radius and a set number of databases searched, ERIS also offers clients the flexibility to build their own reports. Clients choose the search area, radius/buffer, and the number of databases to be searched for their project.
Custom reports are generally required for large or irregularly shaped sites, pipelines, road/transit corridors, watersheds, new developments, golf courses, agricultural lots, and large industrial sites. Once the project requirements are determined, the client will be provided with a custom quote.
A quotation may take 1-2 business days, and a $25 Quote Fee will be applied if the report is not purchased.
